CarTrack essentially coordinates couriers with packages to deliver. However, it lacked more efficient delivery methods, so I was brought on to redesign their platform in order to support enterprise-based business and facilitate the creation of tasks for drivers on the road. The ultimate goal in mind was to make fleet management easier and remove the hassle from tracking drivers and deliveries by supporting agent with more enterprise friendly features.

The previous workflow only supported one-way trips which was highly inefficient. As a result, there was an opportunity for additional deliveries and easier fleet management.
